It supports its employees to grow their potentials by allowing to access to online platforms which needs payments that can grab knowledge. I moved to front-end development as well and stepped into AWS Cloud Services with the encouragement I received from my Wiley team.

Axiata Digital Labs (PVT) Ltd is a subsidiary company of Dialog Axiata which was originated in 2019 as the main pillar of Software Development in Dialog Axiata. Here I was able to contribute for large scale projects such as “Digital Telco Enabler (DTE)”, “Ncell Single Customer App” and “DTE Monitoring Dashboard”. I got an invaluable guidance from my supervisor in this company. Getting used to Agile Software Development happened here. I was lucky enough to polish my knowledge and experience in the entire 3 years I spent at Axiata Digital Labs.

Inova IT Systems (PVT) Ltd is a full-scale software solution development company which was established in 2010. The main business portfolio of Inova are IT consulting services, enterprise solutions, web / Mobile applications development, re-engineering solutions and ready-to-deploy business applications for a number of industries including e-commerce, banking and finance, Telecommunication, Health, Pharmaceuticals etc.
Some of their customer portals are Dialog Sri Lanka (eZcash, Doc.lk), National Blood Transfusion Service, NDB Bank, Keells Super, Softlogic Finance, Commercial Bank, NDFC Bank and more. Once I joined with Inova, they appointed me as an outsource resource to Dialog Axiata PLC since I have already experienced that company. There I worked under “Group Innovation Foundry” which focus on innovative solutions for Dialog customers.

Dialog Axiata PLC is one of Sri Lanka’s largest telecommunications service providers, and the country’s largest mobile network operator with 17.4 million subscribers which amounts to 57% of the Sri Lankan mobile market. It a gave me the opportunity of start my carrier as a trainee software engineer.
My appointment was to converged charging unit which is responsible for charging from customers based on their voice and data usage. I believe the strong technical foundation I received from Dialog has been a reason for my successful carrier journey up to now.
I met lots of experts in the field who are competent in what they do.
